Camp/trail menu
With a camping trip coming up I was just wondering what some of your guys favorite meals are when out campin or on the trail? Must say for the trail is Spinatos pizza wraped in some foil and set on the motor to warm up. As for camping I like to take a small bag of charcoal and a grate and either some tequila lime chicken, Santa Maria style tritip or good old carne asada along with some cubed potatoes soaked in Italian dressing and fried up in a skillet What are some of your favorite choices??

Re: Camp/trail menu
when Toolbox and I were kids and we went camping, it was always tradition to have steaks one night. Our Pops would buy some of the teryaki glaze from Coco's and that was a special treat.
I don't always get steaks when we camp, but I always want to, cuz it reminds me of the good ol' days.
We'll prob keep it cheap too: hot dogs, mac n cheese, cereal, munchies.
I always find that my kids are too busy playing to eat a meal, but we'll snack and munch all weekend. So lots of chips and dips and snacks.
And, yes, like Toolbox, lots of beer

Hot dogs are a staple for sure, steaks, baked beans, breakfast burritos & beer of course.

Not sure about our regular menu but the wife wants to make a kick ass desert for all of us. Does anyone have a large Dutch oven(14-16 inches in diameter and around 4 inches deep) we can hang over the fire for a couple hours. I'll make a tripod or something to hang it by
